Gym Decision is a fully loaded, Private Personal Training Gym conveniently located on 56th Street between 5th & 6th Avenues in Manhattan. We are private, by design, even “pre-pandemic” – to be certain that our members are comfortable and always have plenty of room to maximize their workout! You’ll never be waiting on equipment or dealing with a crowded (…or dirty, smelly) gym. There will be not more than 3 others using the gym at the same time as you – it is also possible to schedule to have the entire facility for yourself!

Personal training is our specialty and it’s what we do best! Even better, when you train with us, personal membership is included, to maximize results! The health and fitness of our members is top priority. We promise to work with you every step of the way, helping you surpass your goals!
