This is a place that explores the art of effort. It is done through a process and is reinforced with our values; purpose, community and accountability. We physically express this through difficult training, to us it’s a sacred practice and a vessel for understanding. The mutual suffering that occurs within each training session is an experience that facilities change for those who are willing to find purpose through pain and forge friendships through hardships. The common thread here is a mind-set rather than a skill set and is rooted in a relentless and unwavering desire to do more for ourselves and the ones around us. What we provide is an opportunity for you to go hard and remove the part of yourself that gets in the way.
