Have you ever walked into a yoga studio and somehow felt unwelcome? No smiles, No hellos, No eye contact, and an overall lack of enthusiasm? It has happened to me several times and I wonder if its me or the atmosphere. Outside of yoga class I am rarely greeted or even noticed by a passer by, and this is one of the reasons why when i’m inside a yoga facility I want to be noticed, appreciated, helped, and loved.
I am a believer & practitioner of the method “ Do unto others as you would have done unto you” which means treat people the same way you would like to be treated. This is common sense to me but as I live, experience, reflect and learn I realize this common sense is not so common among all people BUT in this studio it is.
Whatever previous experience you have had in a yoga studio good or bad, it leaves an impression on the mind body & spirit which yogis are very sensitive to “as sensitive as an eyeball” as an ancient sage once described.
At Buddhafull we recognize these impressions and this sensitivity, compassion and motivation we build on positive experiences and eliminate the negative experiences.
If you have any questions please ask the teacher as they are there to guide you, break down questions, and make the unfamiliar seem familiar and the uncomfortable seem bearable. In this studio the teachers are the batteries with infinite energy which you can plug into a draw from & the studio itself is designed to make you feel like your in a sacred playground for the soul.
