I have been a certified yoga instructor since 2007 and have taught thousands of hours of in-person group classes as well leading teacher trainings and co-facilitating partner yoga teacher trainings and other workshops and private sessions.It’s officially here…the great migration of Gina Lee to a Southern habitat has begun! Please join me for our final classes in Bay Shore before I blast off for Greece and then relocate to Florida where I will be starting my life anew.I first received my AAS degree in Graphic Design and worked as a Senior Book Designer and Associate Art Director for Penguin Publishing from 1998 until 2007. After the birth of my second child I knew that my long commute into Manhattan was no longer viable and I took my first yoga teacher training at the 200 Hour Level with Integral Yoga Institute in NYC. I then went on to teach yoga classes locally on Long Island while taking additional trainings and deepening my personal practice.
