RS Strength in Brooklyn is a different kind of gym. We’re a community united by a common goal: to become the best version of ourselves. We welcome all levels of fitness RS Strength is a fun place to train, and you don’t need to be an athlete to be able to participate! Our coaches will lead you, provide guidance, and modify your daily workouts so they’re suitable for you Strength training series using kettlebells. This is a progressive program — but you can also jump in at any point.
With consistency, you’ll have mastered the following foundational movement patterns: squat, deadlift, kettlebell swing, strict press, and Turkish Get Up. Each week, we will focus on learning 1-2 of these skills, with additional accessory work.This class is ideal for strength training beginners who want to learn the foundational movement patterns and get comfortable in the gym, and for kettle bell newbies who want to master the basic skills.
