CrossFit OZP has its humble beginnings in a backyard garage right here in Ozone Park. We started with one-on-one training due to the pandemic in 2021 and we have continued to grow organically into the only CrossFit gym in the area. We pride ourselves on our top notch coaching, programming, and community. Everyone from someone who is walking into a gym for the first time, to a competing athlete will be challenged and will benefit from our programs. The CrossFit methodology of training allows us to teach, coach, and mentor athletes of all fitness levels. Our coaches knowledge and experience will ensure we give you the appropriate exercises to help you reach your goals safely and effectively no matter your fitness level.
