CROSSTRAINING Our WOD classes for our CrossTraining program are our most popular fitness class. These high-intensity classes make use of barbell movements like the snatch, clean, squat, bench, and deadlift. You will also find gymnastics, running, rowing, and plyometrics. If you love CrossFit, these classes are for you STRENGTH & CARDIO: S&C Classes are great for those looking for a challenging workout but are not ready for the more advanced movements of our WOD classes. These classes are open for all and will help to improve your strength levels, plus your cardio BARBELL CLASSES: Twice a week we offer strength classes where we do all things barbell. These 1.5 hour classes are perfect for anyone who is looking to get a little stronger in a supportive atmosphere WEIGHTLIFTING TEAM TRAINING: Do you want to join our weightlifting club? We train 4x a week as a team to improve our snatch and clean & jerk. We are a USA Weightlifting sanctioned club that includes National Champions, but also those who have never touched the barbell until they walked into our doors. We do require a private orientation for those that have not lifted with a club before to help teach you the basics.
