Sonic Yoga is not just a yoga studio to me, it is an integral part of my daily routine; it is the core of an incredibly passionate community of fellow yogis I’ve become a part of and every single one of Sonic’s unique teachers has become a mentor to me by supporting and inspiring me on my own yoga journey. It would be very hard for me to imagine my life at this point without Sonic Yoga in it.
