Kim Gilroy insideout is a Yoga / Wellness Studio focusing on the mind, body, and spiritual connection. The studio is located in Huntington NY. The mission: To create space where people can find space. When we are able to be present and still in our own headspace, showing up for ourselves and the people around us becomes easier.
