There is a small but strong network of studios that are internationally recognized and accredited by the Original Hot Yoga Association, and we are proud to say that we are one of them. In our 16 years of existence, we have become known for our unwavering commitment to traditional yoga lineages, an impeccably maintained studio environment, a robust class schedule, and a dedicated student community.

We are located in the vibrant beach community of Long Beach, NY, just a 48-minute train ride from Midtown Manhattan. Though our beach location is a destination in and of itself, our studio has become a haven for serious practitioners and teachers alike. While we have a very friendly, local vibe, we have some of the most distinguished teachers in New York here every week and a very strong community of longtime yoga students. Many people make it a point to take class here when they are visiting NYC from around the world.
